A family run business established in 1930, Nicholas Seafood is located on the Waterfront Arcade at the Sydney Fish Market and continues to provide the freshest quality seafood to its wide and varied clientele.

 

Our client base is as broad as the area from which we source your diverse range of seafood. We source your seafood from the best region at the best seasonal periods using our extensive network of fishermen and suppliers whose product is superior.

Each weekday, Sydney Fish Market hosts the largest market of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere and the world's second largest seafood market in terms of variety.

 

Approximately 2,500 crates or around 50 tonnes of seafood is auctioned through the computerised Dutch auction system to on average 157 buyers.  Seafood at auction is sourced from individual fishermen, Co-ops and aquaculture farms in Australia and New Zealand and Asia Pacific Region.

Know what you want. Simply phone us on 9660 4255 to place your order. We will have the freshest product packed and ready for your convenience.

Boat Orders:
Just phone us ahead with your order and we will bring down to your boat.

Home delivery:
